Mpumalanga DA re-elects Sithole and Grobler

The voting delegates from the Mpumalanga DA re-elected Jane Sithole and Bosman Grobler during its provincial congress.

The Mpumalanga DA has once again showed it still has confidence and trust in the leadership of Jane Sithole and Bosman Grobler.

At its provincial congress held in Middelburg on Saturday February 18, 300 voting delegates from the Mpumalanga DA re-elected Sithole and Grobler the provincial leader and provincial chairperson, respectively, for a third term. They were given the mandate to lead the party for the next three years.

“This proves that the DA delegates want continuity as the party prepares for the 2024 national elections,” said Sithole.

During the congress, Trudie Grové-Morgan was elected unopposed to the position of deputy leader.
“The Mpumalanga DA is pleased to congratulate all the newly elected leaders. We have confidence that this group of diverse and distinguished individuals will serve the party with distinction, and hopefully lead us to victory in the next elections.

“To build a reasonable future for the residents of Mpumalanga, we must unite behind the DA and build a new government in 2024. Victory won’t lie in the burning of our schools and libraries. Victory lies in the ballot box. Change your vote,” said Sithole.

The congress was graced by the attendance of party leaders, Helen Zille, the chairperson of the federal council, Ivan Meyer, the federal chairperson, Refiloe Ntsheke, the first deputy chairperson, and James Masango, the deputy chairperson of the federal council.
