At a mental health seminar, this one an elegant event, mental health activist Pr Conny Ntshane, aka Ses Conny, and her prestigious speakers recently discussed mental health with their guests.
This seminar addressed burning issues of mental health, often not discussed by especially Africans, on Saturday October 29 at The Capital Hotel, Mbombela. The theme for the evening was elegance, and the guests dressed up accordingly.

The seminar had top speakers who shared life-changing presentations, such as the likes of Dr Eric Khumalo, radio presenter Kedi Mkhabela, TV star LaConco, Dr Sibongile Sithole, musician Dudu Makhoba, Fezile Moyo, Pr Elaine Nkosi, Dr Arnold Lawrence, Lethabo LeJoy Mathatho and Ronnie Masilela.

Ntshane said the event was a great success. “We achieved our plans and aim of the event. We went beyond what I had aimed for.”
She said she would like to thank everyone for their support. “I would like to thank the guests for attending and the speakers for their presentations.”
