All roads lead to Middelburg for this year’s Day of Reconciliation

The second annual Ultimate Party has begun with the announcement of an astounding line-up that includes some internationally acclaimed artists.

The highly anticipated social event is set to take place at Ukhamba Industrial Park in Middelburg on December 16, and will feature performances by Makhadzi, KO, Musa Keys, Master KG, Mfundo Moh, Musa, Azana, Thebe, Sun EL, Shimza, 2 PM DJs, Cubique DJ, Ezra, Leehleza and Abuti Lolo.

“RMM Events was intentional with the amazing line-up, because we want people to enjoy these international musical giants. This will be the first time some fans experience these musicians, so why not make it an memorable event right here in Mpumalanga?”
said the spokesperson, Sebabatso Maseko.

Many people are expected to attend the party and enjoy the great entertainment the country has to offer. “We are engaging with some of the province’s stakeholders in the tourism sector to allow patrons to enjoy the best attractions while in
town,” Maseko said.

Young people will be empowered through job creation. The event will also allow local upcoming musicians such as Middelburg Fresh Talent Flows, Theo, Dosline, Crazy G and Cryonici to join the giants on stage.

Speaking during the media launch at the Rustique Hotel on September 16, Steve Tshwete Local Municipality’s executive mayor, Petros Masilela, dedicated this event to his office.

“The economical contribution to our town created by the Ultimate Party is undeniable. As the Office of the Mayor, we are honoured to be in this partnership that will serve more than the arts culture,” Masilela said.

The launch also saw a great number of entities partnering to be part of the activations that will be held around Mpumalanga.
