In response to his side’s defeat, an emotional Gavin Hunt, the head coach of SuperSport United, said his team should have improved their defence.
“Three games without a victory is a concern. I believe we had the great chances tonight, but instead of utilising them we were punished. The two goals Galaxy scored could have all been avoided had the boys played better defensively. Bradley Grobler and Thamsanqa Gabuza both struggled to score up front and I feel this was because they did not participate in our preseason. It has been a difficult week because we have lost back-to-back games, and much work is necessary to prepare for the upcoming game and get the most points possible,” said Hunt

TS Galaxy will travel to Durban to face Golden Arrows on Saturday August 20.
