Bodies of two men discovered in Low’s Creek

The police had been searching for the missing men since September 17.

The bodies of two men, aged 42 and 56, were recovered in Low’s Creek earlier today, September 20.

They were reported missing on September 17 and the police have been searching for them since.

The investigations surrounding this incident are currently under way, as it is suspected that the two individuals ventured on a trip in this remote area in the last week.

According to a Mpumalanga police spokesperson, Colonel Donald Mdhluli, a police chopper and a member of the public managed to spot the two bodies yesterday. However, the SAPS could not immediately start the recovery as the location was not easily accessible. Mdhluli said some SAPS motorbikers were called in to assist.
