Police seeks to reunite missing Bushbuckridge pensioner with his family

The Bushbuckridge police have requested, should anyone know the whereabouts of Thabang Sefadi Mokoena, that they inform them immediately and help reunite him with his family.

The police are asking the Bushbuckridge community to help them reunite the missing Thabang Sefadi Mokoena (64) with his family.

A statement by a provincial police spokesperson, Colonel Donald Mdhluli, said Mokoena was last seen by his elderly father at a liquor outlet in Saselani near Bushbuckridge on April 27.

Mdhluli said the father could not remember the outfit Mokoena had been wearing when he was last seen. The family also reported that he was a mental health patient.

Anyone who might know of his whereabouts is urged to contact Detective Warrant Officer Nicole Setwane on 079 391 9834 or call the Crime Stop number on 08600 10111. Alternatively, use the My SAPS app. All received information will be treated as confidential and callers may opt to remain anonymous.
