Young model on his way to the Big Apple in June
Wandisa Simelane may only be 15 years old, but he is receiving numerous accolades for his modeling work.
Anything can happen in the Big Apple, as the world fondly describes New York.
And even bigger things may happen when Wandisa Simelane sets foot on American soil in June.
Wandisa attended a portfolio photoshoot at 33&Me Talent Agency on March 31 and a boot camp at the Paradeisos Outdoor Wedding Venue in Pretoria at the beginning of April. He looks forward to jet-setting overseas. He also won the

This grade 11 learner from Mashishing High School won a scholarship to attend a workshop at the prestigious American Music Dramatic Academy. He won this scholarship at the Inter-national Modelling and Talent Association in September 2021.

“This boot camp and portfolio shoot are extremely good preparation for his upcoming trip to New York. The Americans are going to see flames when he showcases his skills. He will be flying the South African flag very high. The Nsizwa Nyundu Foundation (NFF) is creating a culture for the youth to excel and let everyone know that Mashishing is alive with possibilities,” said John Nyundu, NNF founder.
