City of Mbombela issues notice regarding fireworks

The City of Mbombela hereby notifies the community that the displayment of fireworks must be conducted at the areas listed below.

People are not allowed to use any other areas for fireworks displayment in terms of the Fire Brigade by-laws unless there is a special arrangement from the Office of the Chief Fire Officer.

2. Mataffin Sports Ground
3. Parks
4. KaMagugu Stadium
5. KaNyamazane Stadium
6. Matsulu Stadium
7. Matsulu Sports Ground
8. KaBokweni Stadium
9. Barberton Rugby Stadium
10. Rugby stadium
11. Nelsville Sports Ground
12. Masoyi Sports Ground.

Regarding areas that are not mentioned above, citizens are requested to utilise sports grounds and other open parks available in their areas.
