Pienaar’s finest Nitah releases single

The First Lady of Shisatainment Records, Nitah, has finally dropped her long awaited solo single.

Titled “Ngiphe Amandla”, meaning “Give me strength”, this number is already making waves and is surely going to be one of this coming summer’s hit songs.

Born Promise Silawula, this talented vocalist has just finished shooting her music video which will be premiered on the small screen in August.

Nitah, as she is fondly known within the music industry, is no stranger to this fast paced industry as she has been featured by other artists as a vocalist on their songs and albums.

Her first big gig came when she featured on Shisaboy’s hit song, “Solala Monday”, which received both television and radio play. “I am super excited and I can’t wait for the music video to hit the screens.

I just pray and hope that it will be well received by the general public,” she said. Even though the nation awaits the release of Nitah’s music video, this workaholic muso is already working on releasing her debut EP.

“I know that we are still waiting for the release of the music video, but that can’t stop me from doing some work on the side. So, yes, I am already working on another project which will also hit the markets very soon,” said this workaholic vocalist.

Nitah, who hails from Pienaar, Spy Township as popularised by DJ Madumane, said her forthcoming EP will feature some of Mzansi’s finest musicians such as Trademark, T Boy, Bongo Riot, Shisaboy and more.

“Working with the legendary Shisaboy has not only opened doors of opportunities for me, but I have learnt so much from him,” she said.
