Pulane Maphari is a new gospel artist who withdrew from corporate life to answer to the supernatural call of being a worshipper.

The qualified chemical engineer, alma mater of Tshwane University of Technology, who had worked for the biggest power producer in Africa for 11 years, quit her career to pursue the work of her Heavenly Father. Read: Mangweni gospel singer ventures into two passions at once

According to her public relations manager, Esmeralda Thembeka Mhlongo, “She is part of the Spirit Music Group and has released her debut album titled The Restorative Breath of Life, which is a 13-track album with 12 original songs.

“She is an anointed worshipper who is after God’s heart and her songs and lyrical content are centred around an intimate relationship with Christ and experiencing the touch of God in our daily lives. In this album she caters for all kinds of people in the genre,” explained Mhlongo.

Her music is played on social platforms including Deezer, Spotify, Google Play, Joox, Apple Music and iTunes.

Within a couple of days of the release of her music video, “Igama Lakho” she made waves on YouTube under the Spirit Music Page, Spirittunez, where she reached over 27 000 views to date. Her recording career began in 2020. She has been singing for as long as she can remember, in church and at home with her mother.
