Mhluzi Police Station temporarily closed after positive Covid-19 case

All communities serviced by Mhluzi Police Station are advised that this police station will be closed temporarily due to a member who tested positive for Covid-19 virus.

To ensure that the local community is serviced, the Community Service Centre is operating from the Mhluzi SAPS boardroom, the 1st building at the main gate.

Brig Leonard Hlathi, the Mpumalanga police spokesperson, said that residents can call  0607513473, alternatively the Station Commander Lieutenant Colonel Maria Jiyana at 0824481866 or the Acting Visible Policing Commander Warrant Officer Richard Makuwa at 0722127447, for all emergencies and complaints which will be attended accordingly.

The telephone lines at Mhluzi Police Station will not be accessible for the duration of the closure however service delivery will not be hampered.

The building will be decontaminated and normal services will resume on Sunday, August 16.
