Silulumanzi develops an online platform to help its customers

Silulumanzi's online platform will enable consumers to pay their accounts, check the balance on accounts, update customer details and other services.


To access this facility, please log on to: www.silulumanzi.com

1. Click on the link where it states: ‘Click to Access, Silulumanzi Self Service Portal’.
2. Thereafter a screen will appear (as shown on the picture below).
3. Use your cellphone to log in. An OTP will be send to you via SMS, which will allow you to access your water account and will ensure that your information remains secure.
4. Thereafter you may select the required service from the menu.

 

Payment platforms

One of the two following secure payment platforms can be selected from our portal for your payment transaction:
1. Pay@, which is a licensed Financial Service Provider at the FSB and registered with PASA (https://payat.co.za/)
2. Ozow, which is a PCI DSS level one complaint and Thawte certified (https://ozow.com/why-ozow)

Is drinking tap water safe?

The answer is yes. You can continue to use, and drink, tap water as, according to the World Health Organisation, the Covid-19 virus has not been detected in water.
Silulumanzi will continue to deliver sustainable and safe drinking water at all times.
