Rapper, Sjava has responded in a statement after his ex-lover Lady Zamar accused him of raping her in 2017.
The Sunday World publication published the story last Sunday and confirmed that Zamar opened a case Lyttleton police station in Pretoria in November. This comes after Zamar took to social media platforms and claiming that Sjava had sexually violated her. The case was transferred to Thohoyandou for further investigation.
Sjava greeted tweeps with a statement this morning and written his version of events of that day they performed in Venda.

Rape Trauma affects the mind in a way you will never understand until you yourself get raped. Go read up and educate yourself about rape to avoid asking such insensitive and silly questions. #sjava https://t.co/yOiXUTUQxZ

I don't who's telling the truth and who isn't, But if sjava is found guilty he must pay and if found innocent Lady Zamar must also pay, we have alot of rapists roaming the streets but yet we also have alot of innocent brothers serving time for crimes they didn't commit #sjava pic.twitter.com/y2Lu6cXi3H

Recently I went through something that made me realize 9/10 legal women have went through what @Lady_Zamar
Went through, we only decide to call it rape when it suits us (when we no longer love the other party) #sjava #ladyzamar— MsJay (@Mamaboipelo) March 3, 2020
I hope the #LadyZamar and #Sjava case sparks dialogue about the concept I share in this post called Arousal Incongruence. pic.twitter.com/wqsdvRH3nc

You defend rapists because you also would want to be defended because of the rape you have done that has not yet been spoken about.
You're afraid to declare war on rapists because you could be reminded that you're a rapist yourself.#ladyzamar #sjava
