Mr Phiri is demonstrating love & care in action – not just talk, but doing good deeds to help learners who have been failed by their govt. It is very sad that after 25 years of democracy, we still have pupils who must cross dangerous rivers to access education. #SaluteMrPhiri https://t.co/mcQPcpvHBD

I'm proud to live in a country where people like Mr Phiri strive to make a difference. I am ashamed to live under a government that has abandoned its people.#SaluteMrPhiri https://t.co/2MzZm6tmpQ

#SaluteMrPhiri @DBE_SA @DDMabuza. Children need not go through this to get an education. Business in SA please help build a bridge ????♀️ How a society treats its most vulnerable – whether children, the infirm or the elderly – is always the measure of its humanity. https://t.co/RquL0ysHkV
