Julius Mndawe last appeared in the same court on October 1, where the case was postponed for further investigations to November 5.

He allegedly confessed to have killed and buried four women after he was arrested by police in connection with the murder of Tokkie Tlaka. Remains of four women were exhumed at his home on July 14.
He allegedly pointed police to the sites where he buried each one of the four women, namely of Banele Khoza (15) who went missing in January 2018, Felicia Mdlovu (17) who went missing in September 2018, Noxolo Mdluli (19) from went missing in March 2018 and Innocentia Mdluli (17) who went missing in April 2018.

Banele Khoza and Felicia Mdlovo were buried by their families separately on October 28.
Families of two of the victims are still not sure when the forensic tests will be completed for them to receive the remains of their loved ones to give them dignified funerals.
