Burglary cases in Carolina are on the rise and the community is advised to be vigilant.
Constable Thabang Mokwana said most houses are broken into during the day and on weekends.
“Some of the incidents take place when the owners are not at home where appliances and gadgets are often stolen. We encourage community members to have neighbourhood watch activities and street patrol committee. The police will continue to conduct patrols,” he said.
