Accused found guilty for fraud
In April 2012 the accused bought a vehicle using fraudulent documents.
The Nelspruit Regional Court sentenced a 48-year-old woman to five years for fraud.
Staff Maria Shabangu was found guilty for fraud and sentenced to five years imprisonment, suspended for five years on condition that the accused is not found guilty in a similar case in the period of the suspended sentence.

In April 2012 the accused bought a vehicle using fraudulent documents. The garage suffered a loss of R337 999. The vehicle was recovered during investigations.
