Three killed on N11 Road near Loskop Dam

A head on collision between an Avanza (sports utility vehicle) SUV and a sedan has claimed the lives of three people today around 11h20 on N11 Road between Loskop Dam and Middelburg.

Six people sustained serious injuries and four of the injured were occupants in the Avanza while two were from the sedan.
The injured were rushed to the hospital after parademics had stabilised on the scene.
The cause of the crash remain unknown and the investigation is underway.
The road is still partially closed therefore motorists travelling in that direction are advised to be patient while the ermegency personnnel are still clearing the scene.
Meanwhile Mpumalanga Community Safety, Security and Liaison MEC Pat Ngomane has wished those who were injured a speedy recovery.
He is also sending his heartfelt condolences to the affected families.
Ngomane has called on motorists to exercise due diligence when on the road in order to avoid crashes.
