ANC Mpumalanga case postponed

The ANC Mpumalanga case has been postponed to April 15 at the Nelspruit High Court yesterday.

The disgruntled ANC members are calling for the Provincial Executive Council to be dissolved because they allege it was constituted by bogus branches.

They are also calling for the annulment of the Bohlabela district in Bushbuckridge and only retain Ehlanzeni as one of the regions of the ANC in the province.

The other regions are Gert Sibande and Nkangala.

Arguments were presented by both legal counsels of the warring parties.
