No glitches for students registering at UMP

This week marks the beginning of the university's registration process .

First year students from various areas in the province and beyond came in their numbers to register at the University of Mpumalanga.

On Monday the registration process went without any glitches.

Mr Themba Manana, the senior marketing officer of the institution urged students to come to register on the dates given to them.

“We would like to encourage all students who have been accepted by the University of Mpumalanga to come and register and don’t wait until it is too late,” he said.

Speaking to hopeful students, Mpumalanga News learnt that some come from as far as Bronkhorstspruit near Gauteng, Ermelo, Limpopo, Nkomazi, Bushbuckridge and other surrounding areas in Mbombela.

Although this week marks the beginning of the registration process, there were still those students who were either submitting their late applications and some were there to check on their status. They were assisted accordingly
