Eskom urges Kanyamazane customers to report power supply faults

Eskom has restored power supply to the majority of the customers in the Kanyamazane area who experienced an unplanned power outage due to the hailstorm that caused damage to electrical infrastructure on Sunday.

Eskom advises customers who are still experiencing supply challenges to report a no supply fault by utilising any of the following platforms:

  • E-Mail: customerservices@eskom.co.za
  • Fax line: 0862 437 566
  • Eskom Contact Centre: 08600 37566, available 24hrs, seven days a week
  • Visit nearest Eskom Customer Hub office
