The aftermath of the hailstorm in the Lowveld in pictures

Mbombela residents posted pictures on Facebook of the extent of damage on their homes and vehicles following the hailstorm yesterday.

Mbombela and surrounding areas were hit by a hailstorm on Sunday evening causing damage to homes and vehicles.

Kanyamazane, Skukuza, Tekwane South and some parts of Nkomazi were affected. Here are some pictures of the aftermath:

The City of Mbombela said they are assessing the damage caused and public will be updated.
