Mabuza to deliver his last SOPA
The official opening of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature and the delivery of the Premier's State of the Province Address (SOPA) will take place tomorrow.
Mpumalanga Premier and Deputy President of the African National Congress , Mr David Mabuza will deliver the State of the Province Address which will look at achievements of the 2017/18 financial year and outline the Programme of Action for 2018/19 financial year.
