Court orders Mama Esther’s Safe Haven to close down

It states that Nkosi and everyone operating at the Mpumalanga Christian Network(“MCN”) must cease operating at the centre on or before February 28.

The High Court has finally ordered Mama Esther Nkosi of Mama Esther’s Safe Haven in Msholozi to stop any operation at the centre before the end of the month.

The judgement was made by the Gauteng High Court division seated in Mbombela on January 29.

The court papers also order Nkosi not to admit any more children at the centre.

“The applicant has been ordered to provide the respondent with a detailed list of all children admitted at MCN. The list is to include the full names of parents and/or guardians of the children, the parents’ full names and contact numbers and or email addresses, residential or employment address on or before 13h00 Friday , February 2,” read the court papers.
