Corruption must fall in the ANC says Ramaphosa

Deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa has condemned corruption in the ANC.

Without mentioning names, Ramaphosa says the party wants the stolen money back and will not reverse from that decision. “To those who stole the money, we want the money back. Those who stole must confess because if they don’t, we will come and fetch them. We won’t forget that money. We also know who stole the money,” said Ramaphosa while addressing thousands of ANC and SACP supporters at the SACP’s Red October campaign at the Rugby stadium in Mbombela.
“We want the money for paying university fees and for service delivery for our people. Asijiki,” he said.

He added that maybe the formation of a truth and reconciliation committee will help in this matter. “We will forgive those who will speak the truth, liars will end up in jail,” he added.
Ramaphosa says he made those comments because there is a great need of rebuilding the country’s economic state .

“This is because our public enterprises have not been working as they should. We are all shareholders in Eskom ,Sanral and others. Those resources that have been stolen must be brought back,” he said.
