Premier says women must have a rightful space in society
Government will take a stand in fighting issues of women abuse
MBOMBELA – Premier David Mabuza has called upon men in society to re-position themselves and do away with the “foreign behaviour” of abusing women as we celebrate women’s month.He said it’s very disturbing to see women being killed by people who are supposed to protect them.

“This month is very important as we are celebrating women’s day. As government, we take a stand to fight this foreign behaviour of men killing women. It is sad to find that they are not killed by strangers, but they are killed by their partners or people that are close to them. We are going to rally and support women and fight abuse so that they can have a rightful space in society,”said Mabuza.
