Mpumalanga Acting Premier Refilwe Mtsweni announced that the late Ray Chikapa Phiri will be granted a special provincial funeral by the Mpumalanga Provincial Government.
This annoucement was made during the swearing-in of Refilwe Mtsweni as ascting premier at the North Gauteng High Court today.
