MBOMBELA – MEC for community safety, security and liaison, Mr Pat Ngomane said community members of Barberton must not be shaken by the Panga Gang that is terrorising the residents, instead they must unite and work with the police and point out those members of the gang.

“As a department, we are not going to relax and allow the Panga Gang to do as they please attacking innocent people. Let me also indicate that we are not going to win this battle alone, we need the community to work with the police.

Members of the gang are known in the community, they must be pointed out so that the law will take its course. I am confident to say we will win this battle together with the community members,” said Ngomane.
