Man died after shot three times on the face
He called police in the morning as he was afraid that they might come back for him.
SIBUYILE – A 35-year-old man was shot dead by unknown suspect (s) in his bedroom.
According to the family of the deceased, Mr Leonard Makamo, around 22.58 they heard six gun shots outside and he was scared to go outside to investigate what was happening.
He then heard a car driving away and peeped through a window and saw the door of Makamo’s bedroom wide open and saw his lifeless body on the floor.
He called police in the morning as he was afraid that they might come back for him.
Makamo lost his life with a plaster cast on his leg as he was shot in August three times on the leg.
Spokesperson of the local police, Lt Jabu Ndubane said an inquest docket has been opened.
“He was shot three times on the face and was declared dead by paramedics. A docket of inquest has been opened and so far no arrest has been made,” she said
