MBOMBELA – The search for a man who left neighbouring Swaziland to watch the 2010 Fifa World Cup, and never returned, continues.

Mr Senzenjani Zephania Lukhele’s family has been searching for him for six years.
His sister, Ms Boniwe Lukhele-Hlatshwayo, said, “On the day my brother left, he took his identity document, passport and bank card.”

Ms Boniwe Lukhele-Hlatshwayo is looking for her brother.

According to Hlatshwayo, her son’s friend spotted Lukhele boarding a taxi in Mbombela for KaNyamazane, but Lukhele warned him not to tell anyone that he had seen him.

“It is disturbing because I inquired at the bank when he went missing and his balance is still the same.
“This whole situation is stressful because he is 72 years old and we do not have any relatives this side. So where could he be staying? The police in Swaziland did not even give me a proper legal document when I reported him missing, but I do hope we will find him soon,” she said sadly.

Anyone who may have information to his whereabouts is requested to contact his nieces, Nolwazi Rakane on 060-985-5591 or Siphiwo Hlatshwayo on 063-867-2405.
