Police hunt for thief on Dj’s case

Khanye opened a case of theft with the Elukwatini police after his designer clothes and shoes to the value of R12 000 went missing at a local guest house.

ELUKWATINI – A police hunt has ensued for a young man linked to robbery cases, including the theft of clothes belonging to Ligwalagwala FM presenter, Thulane ‘T-Boy’ Khanye.

Khanye opened a case of theft with the Elukwatini police after his designer clothes and shoes to the value of R12 000 went missing at a local guest house. The radio deejay realised that his belongings were gone when he returned from his birthday bash that was held at the local stadium.

Spokesperson for the local police, Sergeant Peace Mbhokane said that the suspect is about 18 years old, light in complexion and estimated to be 1,5 metres tall. “We have embarked on a manhunt hunt for the young man who is linked to theft and robbery cases around the CBD. We urge anyone who might have information on him to come forward and report his whereabouts to the police,” said Mbhokane.

According to Mbhokane, the suspect targets mostly female victims around the CBD and robs them off their belongings.
