Parents are urged to communicate with their children

"Children are not bold enough to speak out when they are abused, instead they are crying,"

VALENCIA – Parents are encouraged to communicate with their children about issues of sexual abuse as children are falling victims of rape in our communities.

This was indicated on Saturday during the initiative of Ego Stationeries that was held at the local sports ground.
The director of the organisation, Mr Eddie Gobile said “Children are not bold enough to speak out when they are abused, instead they are crying.

It’s very important for parents to allow their children to feel free to talk to them about anything so that when someone is abusing them by touching their private parts or the other way round. They can talk and the law will take it’s course,”
