MBOMBELA – Smash and grab on vehicles is on the rise in some of the busy streets in the CBD including Anderson Street, Bester street and on your way to the bus terminal.
Mpumalanga News learnt most of the victims are attacked by people who were pretending to be handing out pamphlets to people and motorists at intersections.
According to one of the victims, Ms Amanda Mandlazi said “I was busy concentrating on a certain lady who was handing out pamphlets and an unknown man took my handbag through the window.”
