DA expects MEC Mashego and Siwela removed from the cabinet

"Mabuza must remove the MEC for human settlements, Ms Violet Siwela and the MEC for health, Mr Gillion Mashigo as both MECs failed dismally to fulfill their mandate,".

MBOMBELA – Exactly at 12.30 all eyes will be glued on the Premier David Mabuza as he will be reshuffling the provincial cabinet.

Speaking to provincial leader of the DA, Mr James Masango, he had this to say: “In order for the government of the province to do justice to the people in terms of jerking up his cabinet, as the opposition party, we have different views on what changes we want effected.

“Mabuza must remove the MEC for human settlements, Ms Violet Siwela and the MEC for health, Mr Gillion Mashego as both MECs failed dismally to fulfill their mandate.

Services in health institutions are a disgrace and the delivery of RDP houses to needy people in the province is very slow.”
