Premier congratulates Mpumalanga Muslim community on Eid Mubarak
"May God accept their good deeds ,forgive all of us our transgressions and sins,".
MBOMBELA- Premier David Mabuza has congratulated the Mpumalanga Muslim community on the completion of their fasting period, Ramadan.
Mabuza said he hoped they also prayed for political stability in the province and many people and religions could learn few things from the Muslim community .
“We hope the IsIam adherents also prayed for peace in the province.
Their fasting period teaches us that we can all control our desires while focusing on prayer. Indeed genuine pleasures do not stem out of material values but on one’s connection with God.
He went on and said “We thank God for giving them strength and endurance during their fasting period, may He accept their good deeds ,forgive all of us our transgressions and sins .May God be with them all the time and his blessings be upon them.”
