ERMELO- Tragedy strike Ermelo yesterday morning following an alleged love triangle.
An angry mother of two apparently assaulted her two children to death with a hammer before allegedly walking in front of an on coming traffic where she was hit and died on the spot.
This happened yesterday around 06:45.
According to reliable sources the father of the children discovered the lifeless bodies of his eight month old son and his four year old daughter after spending night with his girlfriend.
“Both children had head wounds and a blooded hammer was found on the scene, 60 metres away the body a woman identified by their father as the mother of the his children was found dead on the N11,” said a source.
Mpumalanga police spokesperson Sgt Gerald Sedibe confirmed the incidents. “We opened a charges of murder and a culpable homicide,”he said.
