MBOMBELA – Premier David Mabuza will be opening the house of traditional leaders on Friday. Traditional leaders are expected to hear about the new strategies of government to improve areas that are under traditional leaders.
Mpumalanga News learnt that some of the challenges that are still faced by the chiefs in the territories is lack of service delivery, bad state of roads and lack of projects that will play a very crucial role in empowering young people so that they can be able to eradicate poverty.
Meanwhile, the provincial chairperson of the house Kgoshi Lameck Mokoena reminded traditional leaders not to forget their role in the society in terms of restoring culture and instilling morals to people.
