BARBERTON – Residents of this area are urged to use water sparingly or to safe water.
Mpumalanga News learnt that water is very low in the reservoirs which are supplying water in different sections of the town The spokesperson of Umjindi Local Municipality Mr Samuel Jele said:
“We are appealing to the community to save water as our reservoirs are very low, but it is not true that we are going to cut water supply.“
Meanwhile, this publication also learnt that water supply in the province is still a challenge, especially in rural areas such as Bushbuckridge, Kanyamazane, Pienaar, Kabokweni and Driekoppies, just to mention a few.
