All eyes will be on premier

"Mabuza needs to tell us what he has done or achieved, not what he will do because he will be lying to us ".

MBOMBELA – All eyes will be glued on the premier Mr David Mabuza on Friday when he delivers the State of the Province Address (SOPA) at the legislature.

Expectations are very high from citizens since the province is known of making headlines when it comes to violent service delivery protests. Here is what they had to say:

Mr Bongani Nkosi said, “I want the premier to elaborate further about upgrading water infrastructure in rural areas because water supply is still a challenge in some communities such as KaBokweni, Msogwaba and Daantjie.”

Mr Isaac Mlambo said he wanted to hear about new plans to develop sports facilities in disadvantaged communities since sports played a significant role in tackling drug and alcohol abuse.
Mr Bongumusa Mkhatshwa said,

“Mabuza needs to tell us what he has done or achieved, not what he will do because he will be lying to us.”
