TONGA – Tonga SAPS Station Commander, Brigadier Velisiwe Mdaka, has made an appeal to Tonga and surrounding communities to help the police in arresting the people who are robbing business people around the area.

This comes after a 50-year-old Block “B Trust was robbed inside his shop by six unknown African males and one female with fire-arms.
“The suspects threatened the victim with the fire-arm, and their faces were covered with clothes.

They demanded money and stole a safe box, television, computer and camera set. All the items are valued up to R26530.00 and they fled the scene on foot,” said Tonga SAPS Spokesperson, Lieutenant Mzwandile Nyambi.
