LOW’S CREEK – More human remains have been found by community members in a bush near Mining Timber.

This discovery comes barely a week after human bones were found in Tekwane South.
“Police and other stakeholders were called to the scene and confirmed that the bones had indeed belonged to a human and that they had been there for a long time,” explained Const Khethiwe Themba.

Police have opened an inquest and the remains were sent to the forensic unit for further investigation. “This will enable SAPS officials to identify the victim’s gender, age, race and cause of death,” Themba said.

Low’s Creek SAPS appeal to community members to assist in finding the deceased’s relatives by coming forth to report any missing family members or friends.
