MBOMBELA – The 35-year-old HIV-positive serial rapist who lured desperate women through false job interviews, subsequently raping and stabbing them, has finally been found guilty by the Gauteng Circuit of the High Court.

The accused, Timothy “Danger” Magagula of Kamajika, who persistently pleaded not guilty to 12 charges of rape, nine charges of attempted murder, two of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, five of robbery with aggravating circumstances and three of kidnapping, has been convicted by Judge Mr Justice Legodi on August 11.
