Vegetables with the cost of R 1 200 were divided among five families, Nyongane is one of the disadvantaged village which is not lucky in mines or industries but rich in UN used land and water.

Mr Elmone Mahole chairman of the SACP said “We appreciate the work done on the day and urgent members that Mandela spirit must live on and to the SACP cadres is always prepared to assist”.

Mr Ray Mhlaba commander in chief for mobilization added on that “I am very jubilant that our needy people will use of the limited resources on their things but vegetables will be taken on their back yard.

I am requesting young people to seriously consider agriculture as a career to curb the unemployment rate that is ever-growing every year,” he said.

A happy recipient gogo Ntabane said “This was such a huge presents I had ever received in my life, it is my responsibility to look after my garden so that we won’t go to bed in an empty stomach.

I am so grateful may God be with those who helped those who are totally in need,” said Imone.
