Wine lovers of Nelspruit and White River should diarise the annual FNB Mpumalanga Wine Show as a must-do event for March 2014. Held annually at Ingwenyama Conference and Sports Resort, the show takes place March 14-15 – a month earlier than previous years. Lowveld wine enthusiasts can be sure to taste ‘delicious-for-summer’ sparkling wines, sauvignon blancs and rosés – andas stock up on the country’s most prestigious red wines and ports. At least 60 exhibitors will present around 350 wines for sampling and purchasing by means of the Shop@Show wine retail facility.
Included in the exhibitor line-up for 2014 are Rustenberg Wines, Springfield, Graham Beck Wines, Kanonkop, Oneiric, Avondale and Laibach. Tickets to the show cost R130 and are available via Computicket, Money Market counters at Shoprite Checkers, Tops The Grove, Crossing SuperSpar and Tops White River. No under 18s, babies or prams will be admitted.
