Keep your dogs confined to property

Owners of dogs are responsible for the confinement of their dogs on their properties. Pet owners should make sure that their dogs can’t leave their properties unsupervised. It is an offensive for a dog to roam freely about the streets and the owner can be prosecuted.

The SPCA has informed the Hazyivew Herald that a rabies vaccination week will take place Hazyview early next year. The dates will be announced in the newspaper as soon as they have been finalised.
