KANYAMAZANE – A 45-year-old man was arrested in connection with dagga dealing.
Mr Michael Siboza briefly appeared at the KaNyamazane Periodical Court on November 1 after being nabbed with nine bags compressed with dagga on the main road between Kanyamazane and MRTT.
“Kanyamazane police, together with members of the White River Flying Squad, responded promptly to information that there was a suspected looking vehicle travelling along the road towards the direction of Tekwane. Bags of dagga weighing 89,4 kg were found in his car,” said W/O Andries Skwambane.
Skwambane said the man is currently out on bail and will appear again at KaBokweni Magistrate Court after two weeks.
