Hansie and Hein celebrate their wedding
It was without a doubt the wedding of the year, if not the decade, in Barberton.
BARBERTON – The picture that greeted guests who showed up at Androtties early on Saturday evening, can only be described as a fantasy garden. The occasion was Hansie Botes and Hein Labuschagne’s wedding and as far as attention to detail goes, it was without a doubt the wedding of the year, if not the decade, in Barberton. After years of having dealt with the good and the bad in their relationship, as Hennie de Beer, who conducted the ceremony, put it, these two decided to make it official. In the presence of friends and family, they promised eternal fidelity to each other.
After they were united in marriage, guests were treated to sparkling wine in the garden and handed Chinese lanterns to send up into the night sky, symbolic of love and a bright future. The rest of the evening was spent inside the hall at Androtties where the finest food, superb decor, lovely music and great company made
for an unforgettable reception. “We want to thank everyone who shared the special day with us, especially Henk van Dyk for his beautiful photos,” said Hansie and Hein.
