Fugitive sought by police in Ermelo

While Thokozani Malinga was being escorted back to the holding cells, he reportedly fled from the court room.

Police are looking for Thokozani Malinga who escaped from custody.

Police are looking for information that could lead to the rearrest of a man who escaped from lawful custody at the Ermelo Magistrate’s Court.

Thokozani Malinga(23) escaped on Monday after the Presiding Magistrate ordered him to remain in custody and postponed the matter to yesterday. The court orderlies reportedly gave chase but to no avail. Malinga was initially arrested for business burglary which he committed in March around Ermelo.
