The case was postponed for Fernando’s bail application to November 21.

He was arrested by Nelspruit police on Tuesday morning who responded on information that there was something fishy happening with his girlfriend at his rented room.

“The police knocked several times on the door. The suspect delayed opening door, he even tried to escape, but police caught him,” said Col Mntsholi Bhembe on Wednesday.

Police discovered the deceased’s body wrapped in plastic bags and placed near the wall.
