An assault case opened against higher education’s deputy minister Mduduzi Manana

This happened at a time when the speaker of parliament, Baleka Mbete had to announce her decision on the secret ballot today

One of the ANC’s top brass, the deputy minister of Higher Education and vocational training, Mduduzi Manana is trending after he allegedly assaulted two women at Cubana in Fourways, Johannesburg on Sunday morning.

The minister allegedly lost his temper following a heated debate on who should replace President Jacob Zuma in December.

Manana’s conduct also happened when the issue of no violence against the abuse of women and children is rife in the country.
